Similar:
The Large-flowered bellwort (Uvularia grandiflora) with much larger, bright yellow flowers and with perfoliated leaves (stem through them).
In addition, the Large-flowered Bellwort is found only in the southwest and in deciduous woods with clay soil.
The Perfoliate bellwort (Uvularia perfoliata) described in Flore Laurentienne is probably not present in Quebec.
