The Common Yarrow blooms from the end of June until October.
We can find it almost everywhere even very far North, but particularly in neglected fields.
Its flower head seems at first surrounded with a "woolly" mass then it becomes greenish before showing white rays surrounding a yellow disk. The individuals with pink-fuchsia-red rays are rather rare.
The plant look like a Umbelliferae but it is part of the Asteraceae or Compositae family.
